Our Babies: Safe & Sound materials are available to community partners for distribution to families and caregivers in West Virginia. Please complete the following form to request copies of free campaign materials.

Materials will be shipped to you via UPS. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. All materials are compatible with each other in messaging, color and design. The number of copies you may order depends on how many families you want to reach.

Community Partners Materials Request Form

  • Fill in all that apply. Please specify the quantity requested.
  • 4x6 “prescription pad” (50 sheets) for use by pediatricians and other healthcare providers only in providing reinforcement messaging with parents and caretakers of infants under the age of one.


  • 5"x5“ magnet with extra punch out magnet, which emphasizes the ABCS messaging: baby sleeps alone, on back, in a safe crib, in a smoke and vape-free space.


  • 5"x5“ magnet, for prenatal education, with messaging to avoid smoking or vaping to protect your growing baby.


  • 11x17 inch colorful posters, primarily for display at your program sites & offices and in the community.


  • Size 8.5 x11 inch tri-fold brochure, primarily for (1) use by staff when visiting expectant parents and families/caregivers of infants under the age of one, (2) distribution at program sites, and (3) distribution at community events.


  • Say YES To Safe Sleep Post Cards

    Size 4x6 inch postcards to use when educating expectant parents and families/ caregivers of infants under age one, or to distribute at community events. Choose from 2 different versions.



  • Poster, primarily for (1) use by staff when visiting expectant parents and families/caregivers of infants under the age of one, (2) distribution at program sites, and (3) distribution at community events.


  • Size 8.5 x11 inch tri-fold brochure, primarily for (1) use by staff when visiting expectant parents and families/caregivers of infants under the age of one, (2) distribution at program sites, and (3) distribution at community events.


  • A pledge card for new parents and other caregivers to sign expressing their commitment to have their baby sleep safely.


  • Sleep Baby, Safe and Snug Children's Board book by Dr. John Hutton (Author) , Leah Busch (Illustrator). The "Sleep Baby, Safe and Snug" books are intended to be distributed to families of newborns or other infants up to age 1 and are limited to one per family.




  • 8.5x11 inch tri-fold, targeted to males, primarily for (1) use by staff when visiting expectant parents and families/caregivers of infants under the age of one, (2) distribution at program sites, and (3) distribution at community events.


  • 8.5x11 inch tri-fold brochure, especially for moms of infants. Primarily for (1) use by staff when visiting expectant parents and families/caregivers of infants under the age of one, (2) distribution at program sites, and (3) distribution at local events.


  • Keep Your Cool Posters

    Choose from the following 3 different 11"x17" posters featuring male fathers of infants "chilling" when baby cries - to prevent Shaken Baby Syndrome. Primarily for display at your program site, offices, and in our community.



  • 4" round stickers prepackaged in sets of 12 monthly stickers with Safe Sleep, Keep Your Cool and other messages on the back. Parents and other caregivers can use these to take pictures each month of their little one. These stickers are for use by home visitors in providing in home education to parents and other caregivers of infants under the age of 1 as well as expectant parents.


  • Prepackaged for initial education of expectant and new parents and caretakers with the ABCS Magnetic Picture Frame, Say Yes to Safe Sleep Pledge Card, Say Yes to Safe Sleep Brochures and Keep Your Cool brochures. Limited to partners participating in the Say YES to Safe Sleep Program.


  • These materials are limited to home visitation program and hospital partners who have a signed agreement with the National Center on Shaken Baby Syndrome. Prepackaged DVD which includes a 10- minute video on the Period of PURPLE Crying and a 17-minute video on infant soothing and coping with frustration. Please specify Mobile App or DVD version.
