Community Partners

Community Partners are the life force of our program at Healthy Families Mountain State™, joining together with us to help families access resources and support.  They help us to engage potential families and encourage them to take advantage of free In-Home Family Education by providing program information to families who are expecting or parenting a young child.  Community partners also providing trainings and workshops for program staff and participating families.  Some of our community partners include: WIC, Physicians’ offices, schools, and other community agencies.
