On May 24 from 6-7 pm using a virtual format we honored the healthcare workers who cared for hospitalized children with COVID during the past couple of years. Children with COVID from our region were housed at Hoops Family Children’s Hospital and, while the award is for all those workers who touched the lives of those children, the following persons accepted the award:

• Mariana Lanata, MD, FAAP 
• Michele McMaster, BSN, RN
